Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original protective packaging. Banknotes, coins, and other collectibles must not have been altered, cleaned, damaged, removed from sealed packaging where applicable, or otherwise changed after delivery.

To start a return, contact us at harriscoinsandmore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Because banknotes and coins are collectible items, natural variations in circulation wear, toning, coloration, marks, and other characteristics may occur where applicable. These characteristics are not considered defects when consistent with the condition described in the product listing.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been altered, cleaned, damaged, or otherwise changed after delivery cannot be returned.

Items removed from sealed or original packaging, where the packaging is part of the item's collectible condition or value, may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you purchased. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as required by applicable law. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original protective packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
